Overview

This policy explains what information SEO4Yoga collects when you visit our website, request a free audit, or book a discovery call. SEO4Yoga is an SEO practice operated by Cosmogen, a digital marketing agency based in Mérida, Yucatán, México. We work primarily with yoga studios in the United States.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information, and only when you choose to share it with us:

• Audit form submissions. Studio website URL, email address, and city. Optionally any notes you add.
• Booking data. When you schedule a call through Cal.com we receive your name, email, and time zone.
• Email correspondence. Anything you send us by email is stored in our inbox.
• Analytics. Aggregate behavior on the site via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. This includes pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and anonymized session recordings.

How we use it

We use the information you share for four reasons:

• To deliver the free audit you requested.
• To follow up by email about your audit, our services, or a discovery call.
• To schedule and run discovery calls you book with us.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Third parties we rely on

We use a handful of trusted vendors to run the site. Each one has its own privacy policy.

• Resend. Email delivery for audit responses and follow-ups.
• Cal.com. Discovery call scheduling.
• Google Analytics. Aggregate site analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity. Anonymized session recordings and heatmaps.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and to keep your Cal.com session working when you book a call. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or use the opt-out tools each vendor provides (Google Analytics offers a browser add-on; Microsoft Clarity respects Do Not Track).

Your rights under CCPA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you specific rights over your personal information. We honor these rights for any visitor who asks, regardless of where you live.

• Right to know. You can ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
• Right to delete. You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but we want to be explicit about it.
• Right to non-discrimination. We will not charge you more, give you worse service, or refuse to work with you because you exercised any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@seo4yoga.com with the subject line "CCPA Request". We respond within 45 days.

Data retention

We keep audit form submissions and booking data until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first. After that we delete the records or anonymize them for internal benchmarks.

International data transfer

We operate from México. By using this site you accept that your information will be processed and stored in México and in the countries where our vendors are based, including the United States. We protect your data the same way regardless of where it is processed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business evolves or as the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
