Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms cover the SEO services SEO4Yoga delivers to yoga studios. They apply to clients who engage us, not to casual visitors of this website. If you are just browsing, our Privacy Policy is the document you want.

We wrote these Terms in plain language. If anything is unclear before you sign, ask us. We would rather over-explain than have surprises later.

Service description

SEO4Yoga provides search engine optimization services focused on yoga studios. Our work covers:

• Technical SEO audits and on-site fixes.
• Google Business Profile claim, optimization, and ongoing management.
• Content creation and content optimization.
• Citations and off-page SEO.

The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the proposal or quote signed at the start of the relationship. If a deliverable is not in the signed scope, it is not part of the engagement unless we both agree to add it.

Engagement terms

Our engagements are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with seven days notice.

30-day money-back trial

The first month of every new engagement is backed by a money-back trial. If we do not deliver the seven items below during month one, you can request a full refund of that month.

• A site health score above 90% on industry-standard SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent) after we apply the technical fixes.
• A Google Business Profile rebuild, including claim, optimization, photos, and posts setup.
• Citations submitted to priority directories.
• Schema markup deployed on your site.
• Target keyword research and content strategy personalized for your studio.
• A month-end report with evidence of every deliverable above.

What the trial does not cover. The trial is about whether we did the work, not about ranking results. SEO outcomes depend on Google's algorithm, your competition, and factors outside any agency's control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue, and the trial is not triggered by ranking outcomes.

How to claim a refund. Email us at hello@seo4yoga.com within seven days after the end of month one. We process refunds within fourteen days of receiving the request.

Pre-existing site issues. If your site has technical or access problems that block our work, we surface them in the first week. If the issues are major, we renegotiate the scope or cancel the engagement before month one closes, so the trial commitment stays clean.

Payment

We invoice monthly at the start of each month. Accepted payment methods are credit card via Stripe and bank transfer. Invoices are due on receipt. If payment is more than fourteen days late, we pause the engagement until the balance is settled.

Client responsibilities

For us to do our best work, you agree to:

• Provide admin access to Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and your website CMS within five days of signup.
• Attend the monthly strategy call. Rescheduling is fine. Two consecutive no-shows trigger a pause until we reconnect.
• Reply to questions and approval requests within a reasonable window so deliverables stay on track.

Intellectual property

All deliverables we produce for you (audits, content, optimizations, reports) become your property once the corresponding monthly invoice is paid in full.

We retain the right to use anonymized performance data and high-level case-study material in our own marketing after the engagement ends. If you prefer we do not, send us a written opt-out and we will honor it.

Confidentiality

We protect any non-public information you share with us: analytics data, business strategy, internal documents, and anything else marked confidential. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". We do not promise specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. SEO is a long game and the search engines call the final shots.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is capped at the equivalent of three monthly fees actually paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with seven days written notice by email. You pay for work completed up to the date of termination. We deliver a final report and a handoff package so you can continue the work in-house or with another partner.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of México. The courts of competent venue in Mérida, Yucatán, México have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

Before any party files a claim, both sides agree to enter a good-faith negotiation for at least thirty days to resolve the dispute directly.

For US-based clients who prefer international arbitration over Mexican courts, we can opt in by separate written agreement to ICC arbitration with Mexico City as the seat and English as the language of the proceedings.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For active clients, we send the updated version by email at least thirty days before changes take effect. Continuing the engagement after that notice means you accept the updated Terms.
